I know my personal story with a brain tumor since 1998, with 3 awake brain surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy, and clinical trials. I learned to find the best for myself, and everyone is unique. Moreover, I know the essential importance of integrative cancer care for the whole person, with the physical body, mind-body connection, spiritual vitality, social support, and a cleaner environment. Research studies show strategies improve quality of life, cancer survival, and cancer prevention.

I have been a cancer coach for many years, supporting patients as people, their caregivers, and loved ones.
