Knowledge is Power!

Healing Focus provides customized research and advocacy services for people affected by cancer. Since 1998, we have worked in cancer advocacy and subsequently acquired a tremendous amount of information about cancer treatment options and healing strategies. Jeannine Walston’s own experience with a brain tumor has deeply informed her knowledge base. Through her own journey, she understands health and healing from the inside out. You may wish to read more about her professional and personal background on the Healing Focus website. Jeannine is also a certified CancerGuide® through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.

Jeannine is available to consult with cancer patients and their loved ones, discuss treatment options, and think through next steps. Healing Focus does not claim to have answers, or offer guarantees based on information we share. However, we can help people find resources, understand options, and make educated decisions.

If you are interested in consulting with us, please email Jeannine at the address listed below and insert “Consultation” in the subject line. We can then arrange an appointment time, and Jeannine will email you a brief questionnaire to fill out in advance of the conversation. Please note that we cannot cover all of our listed research and advocacy services in a one-hour telephone consultation. In the questionnaire, we ask you what topics you would most like to cover during your consultation.

We charge $150 for a one-hour telephone consultation. This fee covers Jeannine’s review of your questionnaire, the actual consultation, and phone expenses (Jeannine will call you). We will not perform any research in advance of the appointment. However, after our consultation and discussion of your needs, we are available to perform research upon your request.

All telephone consultations must be paid for in advance of the appointment time.
